We use this information to notify members about the activities of the club via a monthly Newsletter sent by email or in printed form. The Newsletter will often include contributions from members. We may communicate to members other information related to Club activities – for example, if you sign up for a club-run course or outing – by post, telephone or email.

We have a website cookhamartsclub.com on which contributions from members will appear if we have their permission. This, in common with all websites, will use cookies to function correctly. It will not record any personal data other than that which you have expressly entered. Please look on our website, for a more complete Privacy Policy with respect to the website.

We have a Club Facebook account on which contributions from members will appear if we have their permission.

When you join or renew your membership of Cookham Arts Club you will be asked to agree to the use of your data in the ways described above.
